A monthly maintenance contract normally involves a monthly on-site visit with the option of remote access by modem or TCP/IP to perform 'quick fixes'. The contract ensures that all systems are kept in the best working order that is possible and often signs of potential problems can be identified before they become more serious. In the event of a breakdown we aim to offer a same day response for servers and a next working day response for workstations. Any parts required are charged for at cost but there is no additional charge for labor. In the event of hard disk failure the operating system is restored, application software reinstalled, all patches applied and backups of data are restored.

WEB DESIGN
We offer a full website design service—from a basic 8 page ‘starter’ site through to a data driven site with perhaps many hundreds of pages. Working with graphic designers and programmers we cover all aspects of site creation - concept, graphic design, layout, navigation, image optimizations, photography, and Flash and ShockWave elements. Active sites are a specialty and are written in ASP, PHP and ColdFusion.
Special emphasis is paid to ease of navigation, small file sizes to speed download times, browser compatibility, and search engine ‘friendliness’.

For larger projects a full site schematic is produced and the site posted to a password protected URL to enable clients to view the development progress of the site. Existing corporate branding, style and colors, etc, are taken into account at the design stage.
Many clients have an existing site in need of renovation—this can often be achieved at relatively modest cost by reutilizing a proportion of the existing graphics etc, in the new format. Please contact us for a quotation.

DOMAINS AND HOSTING
Hosting can be shared hosting using a ’virtual server’ or a stand alone server. Bandwidth requirements can be tailored to suit the requirements of the site. All commercial hosting comes with full CGI/ASP facilities (to enable scripting and active sites) and specific application hosting can be provided—MS SQL, MySQL, PHP, ColdFusion, etc.
Full email facilities are provided. ISP based virus scanning and spam removal of incoming email can be implemented. Full site visitor statistics can be provided.
We offer a same day registration service for any available .com, .net, .co, or. us domain address. This also applies to a number of other extensions—.org, .org. us, .me. .us, .tv, .biz, .info, .net, .name, .ltd. us. Web and email forwarding to existing addresses can be configured.
All domains are registered in the client's name. Management of domain transfers (from one ISP to another or between owners) can be undertaken.

SEARCH ENGINE SITE PROMOTION
It is important that a web site can easily be found if a user enters appropriate key words in a search engine. We offer a range of services from basic search engine submission through to full site optimization and promotion to make the site ‘search engine friendly’.
We can provide comprehensive on-line statistics for search engine ranking enabling clients to track the progress of their ranking on all major search engines.
We can offer analysis of site visitor statistics to identify visitor numbers over time, where visitors are coming from e.g. UK or USA, etc, what search terms they used to find the site through a search engine, etc.
We have extensive experience of the various paid for 'click through' options - banners, search engine advertising (Google, Overture, Looksmart, Altavista, Yahoo etc). We can advise on the effectiveness of these and arrange and manage a campaign.
